Bohemia - DayZ Monetization Rules

From December 1st 2015, anyone who registers, is approved, and is listed on https://www.bohemia.net/monetization/approved/dayz is allowed following monetization of their Dayz "private shard" servers:

• Charging players to access your server, if the fees and associated perks do not affect gameplay in any way, is allowed. Limiting access to only paying players is allowed. Servers with access limited to paying players must be on a different hive, or have rules and settings identical to the freely accessible servers.
• Product placement, in-game advertising and sponsorship is allowed. Accepting donations is allowed, but to avoid any doubts: not providing donations must not prevent anyone from accessing the content.
• Selling of in-game items, that don’t affect gameplay, and selling of cosmetic perks are allowed. (Applicable only to servers with mods, after modding support has been added to Dayz)
• Please remember, that these rules do not apply to public hive Dayz servers or the Dayz mod!

If we feel anyone on the list at https://www.bohemia.net/monetization/approved/dayz is exploiting any loopholes or is not acting in the best interests of the community, we will remove them. That will mean they will have to cease this kind of monetization immediately or face legal action.

The permission is given for a limited time. It will expire on January 31st 2024.

Bloodrage - DayZ Monetization Rules

§2. Monetization Agreement

§2.1 Bloodrage.eu confirms that it does not violate any monetization rules of any partner.

§2.2 Bloodrage.eu confirms that it does not violate any monetization rules of Bohemia Interactive.

§3. Payments & Subscriptions

§3.1 Every Payment or Subscription is a voluntary Donation. Those legally count as a gift in the legal seat of the Owner and the Bloodrage Community and can therefore not be refunded.

§3.2 Payments for Lifetime Packages are a one-time Transaction.

§3.3 Subscriptions automatically withdraw the amount from the defined payment source and renew until they are cancelled. Subscriptions can be cancelled any time under the following Link: Cancel Subscription

§3.4 Illegal refunding or retracting payments will result in a ban on all Bloodrage related platforms, cooperated Gameservers, and you will face legal actions.

§3.5 By purchasing any "Clan Package" on a monthly Subscription base, you agree to pay a one-time "Designer Fee" in the height of 20€

§4. Deliverement & Service Time

§4.1 Bloodrage.eu takes the right to set a delivery time of up to 5 work days.

§4.2 All goods which are provided by your donation (payment/subscription) will stay online as long as they are paid for.

§4.3 The term lifetime is defined as until the shutdown of the DayZ Servers.

§4.4 In the case of a shutdown of the DayZ Servers, no Donator has any right to claim their virtual goods or the refund of the donations.

§4.5 In the case of a rulebreak on our Servers, your privileges or virtual goods can be taken away by the server team.

§4.6 All Servers will stay online as long as they can be paid by donations.

§5. Use of Funds

5.1 All donations are final and are used to achieve goals within the server. None of the donations are used for personal gain.

5.2 All donations are documented and are visible for any responsible Authority.
